Castle Development is a sister company to ABC for real estate development, founded in 1982 in Jeddah, KSA. Castle Development focuses on developing high-value residential, commercial, and administrative developments. The company has a paid capital of 1 billion EGP, and is investing 8 billion EGP at the New Administrative Capital. Its newest project is Castle Landmark; located in Egypt’s upcoming New Administrative Capital and expected for delivery by 2020. It is the result of a partnership between Castle Development and El Makassa, it will see an investment of 5 billion EGP introducing an integrated, smart residential compound.
